At Brakeburn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coastal-inspired clothing and accessories. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Place your unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

  Generate Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to download your pre-paid shipping label or QR code, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  Drop Off Parcel

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point, making sure to obtain a proof of postage receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
